Game Overview

Phobos is an isometric story driven action RPG that takes place in the last moments of a dying soldier’s mind in his dream. A murderer in his heroic dream where identity, guilt and fear fade into a blur, relived in an endless loop. The dream world is corrupted and Phobos is the one who can cleanse the corruption.

The game revolves around the Phobos having control of phobias inside the dream world. He journeys throughout the Dreamworld and encounters guilt-manifested creatures, called nightmares and governors, as he struggles to understand what is happening around him.

These creatures are the sources of Phobia Essence which gives Phobos different sets of abilities but in exchange for his sanity. Phobos loses a part of himself when dealing and absorbing Phobia Essence.

The game progresses as Phobos deals with different Phobia realms with the goal of saving the collapsing Dreamworld.
